We may collect:

• Name and email

• Username and password

• Age or date of birth

• Profile information (position, club, team, etc.)

• Content you post in the app, such as posts, images and videos

• Training data and progress

• How you use the app: screens you open and actions you take (for example choosing a plan, starting a purchase or finishing a session), together with your device type, operating system, app version and a random ID created when the app is installed

• Device and connection data such as IP address

• A notification token, so we can send push notifications if you allow them

• Subscription status from Apple or Google when you subscribe in the app (we do not receive your card details); payment information for website purchases is processed by Stripe

• A parent or guardian's email address, if you enter it to send them information about SKILLER

• If you take part in SKILLER Scouting: links to your highlight videos and the details you give about your football (position, club, age group, level and similar), and your parent or guardian's name and email if you are under 18

We use information to:

• Provide and operate the platform

• Track your training progress

• Process and confirm subscriptions

• Understand which parts of the app work and where players get stuck, so we can improve it

• Send push notifications and emails about your account and SKILLER

• Send one information email to a parent or guardian when you ask us to

• Review SKILLER Scouting submissions and, with consent, share them with coaches and scouts

If you enter a parent or guardian's email on the membership screen, we send that address one email about SKILLER and how to subscribe in the app. We do not add them to a mailing list or email them again unless they contact us. We keep only a scrambled code of the address (not the address itself) to stop repeat emails.

SKILLER Scouting is optional. We do not upload or store your videos: you share links to videos hosted elsewhere (such as YouTube, Vimeo, Google Drive, Veo, Hudl or Trace), and those services handle the videos under their own policies.

• We review each submission before it is shared

• For players under 18, nothing is shared until a parent or guardian agrees

• Coaches and scouts may see your highlight links, first name, birth year, position, region, club and level; they never receive your contact details from us

• You or your parent or guardian can ask us to remove a submission at any time

We may share information with:

• Apple and Google, to process in-app subscriptions

• Stripe, for website payments

• Service providers that run SKILLER for us, such as Amazon Web Services (hosting and email) and Google Firebase (push notifications)

• Coaches and scouts, only for SKILLER Scouting submissions and only as described above

• Legal authorities if required

Our app usage analytics are collected and stored by SKILLER itself; we do not use advertising trackers. We do not sell your personal data.

• Account, profile and training data: while your account is open

• App usage data: up to 13 months, and it is deleted with your account

• Scouting submissions: until you or your parent or guardian ask us to remove them, or the program ends

You may delete your account within the app.

When you delete your account:

• Your data is scheduled for deletion

• Some information may be retained temporarily for legal, security, or operational purposes

• Full deletion may take up to 30 days

Instagram comments and messages

If you comment on or message @skiller, @skillersystem, @freekicks or @bybenrowe, FOOTHOME LLC receives your Instagram-scoped ID, your username and what you wrote from Meta. We use it only to reply to you and continue the conversation you started. We keep your ID, username, your answers to our questions and where you are in the conversation; we do not keep a copy of your messages. It is stored with Amazon Web Services in the United States, is never sold, and is never used for advertising.

Deleting your Instagram data

Email support@skiller.app from any address with the subject "Delete my Instagram data" and your Instagram username. We delete it within 30 days and confirm by email.

We use reasonable security measures but cannot guarantee complete protection.

SKILLER allows users under 13 with parental consent. Players under 18 need a parent or guardian's permission to use SKILLER.

We may collect basic account, profile, and activity data for child users. We ask for a parent or guardian's agreement before any scouting information about a player under 18 is shared.

Parents may request access to or deletion of their child's information by contacting:

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Updates will be reflected by the effective date.
