SKILLER is available to users of all ages.

• Users under 18 must have permission from a parent or legal guardian

• Users under 13 may only use SKILLER with parental or guardian consent

By using SKILLER, you confirm that you meet these requirements.

SKILLER is a football training platform that includes:

• Training plans and sessions

• Skill development content

• Progress tracking and analytics

• Leaderboards and rankings

• Community posting features

• User profiles and uploaded content

We may update, modify, or remove features at any time.

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information

• Keep your account secure

• Be responsible for all activity under your account

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

SKILLER offers a monthly and a yearly membership. The price for your country is shown before you confirm a purchase.

How billing works:

• In the iPhone app, payment is taken by Apple through your Apple Account

• In the Android app, payment is taken by Google through Google Play

• On our website, payment is processed by Stripe

• Memberships renew automatically at the end of each period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before it ends

Managing your subscription:

• iPhone: Settings → your name → Subscriptions → SKILLER

• Android: Google Play → Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions

• Website memberships: through the billing link in your account or receipt emails

Refund Policy:

Refunds for purchases made in the app are handled by Apple or Google under their own refund policies. Website payments are non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise.

Canceling your subscription:

• Stops future billing

• Keeps your access until the end of the period you paid for

Billing confirmations:

You may receive billing confirmations and receipts from our payment provider.

If a free trial is offered, it will last for the period presented to you at signup (for example, 7 days). Once the trial ends, your subscription will automatically convert into a paid subscription and you will be charged unless you cancel before the trial period ends.

You may upload:

• Videos

• Profile images

• Comments

• Training data

• Posts

You retain ownership of your content.

By uploading content, you grant SKILLER permission to host, display, and use your content within the platform.

You confirm that:

• You own your content or have permission to use it

• Your content does not violate any laws or rights

You understand that content you upload may be publicly visible and accessible to other users.

We may remove content at any time.

Users may NOT:

• Harass, threaten, or bully others

• Post inappropriate, sexual, or abusive content

• Upload copyrighted content without permission

• Create fake accounts or impersonate others

• Spam or promote unauthorized content

• Share personal information (addresses, phone numbers, etc.)

• Promote unsafe or dangerous challenges

Violations may result in:

• Content removal

• Account suspension

• Permanent bans

SKILLER allows:

• Public posting

• Leaderboards

• User-uploaded videos

• Public profiles

By using SKILLER, you understand your content may be visible to others.

Where SKILLER lets you share match highlights (for example for SKILLER Scouting), you share a link to a video that is hosted somewhere else, such as YouTube, Vimeo, Google Drive, Veo, Hudl or Trace. SKILLER does not upload or store these videos.

When you share a link, you confirm that:

• You filmed the video, or you have permission from whoever filmed or owns it (for example a parent, your club or your league) to share it with SKILLER and with the coaches and scouts SKILLER works with

• The information you give about yourself (such as position, club, age group and level) is accurate

• If you are under 18, your parent or guardian agrees before your highlights or profile are shared

SKILLER reviews what is submitted and may decline or remove any link at any time, including links to footage that appears to belong to a broadcaster or another company. If you believe a link shared on SKILLER uses your content without permission, email support@skiller.app and we will remove it promptly.

SKILLER Scouting helps players be seen. It does not guarantee a trial, a place on a team, a scholarship or any contact from a coach or scout. Coaches and scouts never receive your contact details from SKILLER; if one is interested, we contact you (or your parent or guardian if you are under 18) first.

SKILLER allows users under 13 with parental consent.

Parents are responsible for:

• Monitoring their child's activity

• Approving participation

• Understanding that content may be publicly visible

SKILLER provides training content for educational purposes only.

We are not medical professionals.

You should consult a professional before participating in physical activity. Stop immediately if you feel pain or discomfort.

Football training involves inherent risks, including injury and physical harm.

By using SKILLER, you voluntarily accept all risks associated with participation.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FOOTHOME LLC is not liable for injuries, damages, or losses resulting from your use of SKILLER.

Some content on SKILLER may include match analysis, commentary, and educational breakdowns. Such content is provided for informational and educational purposes.

All original SKILLER platform content, including branding, design, training systems, graphics, and proprietary materials, are owned by FOOTHOME LLC.

User-generated content remains the property of the user who submitted it.

SKILLER may display content that includes third-party materials as part of analysis, commentary, or educational content. All rights to such third-party materials remain with their respective owners.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or exploit any SKILLER content except as permitted by these Terms or with written permission.

We may suspend or terminate accounts at any time for violations of these Terms or harmful behavior.

SKILLER may use third-party services, including payment providers and analytics tools. We are not responsible for third-party services.

SKILLER is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

SKILLER is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including loss of data or profits.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey.
