MESSAGING TERMS (SMS & WHATSAPP)

This page covers text messages (SMS) and WhatsApp messages that SKILLER sends to you. SKILLER is operated by FOOTHOME LLC, located at 111 Town Square Place, Jersey City, New Jersey 07310 ("SKILLER," "we," "us," or "our"). Messages a trainer sends to their own players and parents through SKILLER are covered by that trainer.

1. How You Opt In

• By ticking the text-message or WhatsApp consent box on one of our forms or booking pages

• By texting us or messaging us on WhatsApp first

• By saying yes when we ask on a recorded phone call. A yes on a call covers appointment messages only (a confirmation and reminders for the call we booked), never marketing

Consent is never a condition of buying anything.

2. What We Send

Replies to your questions, booking confirmations and reminders, and updates about your account or plan.

3. How Often, and What It Costs

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. WhatsApp messages use your mobile data or Wi-Fi.

4. How to Stop, or Get Help

• Reply STOP to opt out, by text or on WhatsApp. You'll get one message confirming it, and no more messages on that channel

• Reply START to opt back in

• Reply HELP for help, or email support@skiller.app

5. WhatsApp

WhatsApp messages are sent through Meta's WhatsApp Business Platform. WhatsApp's own terms and privacy policy cover your use of WhatsApp itself. You can also block our number in WhatsApp at any time.

6. Privacy

Mobile numbers and text-messaging consent are never shared with or sold to third parties for marketing. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text-messaging opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third party. The services that send our messages handle your number only to deliver them.
